A: We stayed at an absolutely incredible resort with beautiful views and fantastic amenities and staff. While on Zakynthos, we took part in several fantastic tours including a winery, an olive oil factory, and the famous Zakynthos ship wreck via boat tour. We also spent a day in Athens with two incredible walking tour guides which included the Acropolis followed by a delicious and fun food tour. We loved our time in Greece!

A: Kim was absolutely fabulous. From the very beginning of our planning she was responsive, attentive, and extremely prompt in getting things planned for us. She had wonderful itinerary options for us and was extremely helpful in talking us through our options. When in Greece, everything was extremely smooth. All of our transportation, hotels, and tours that were arranged went exactly as planned. I cannot recommend her enough.

A: We boarded on our 7 night cruise to Greek Isles from Italy. The ship was fantastic, food was amazing and every port was beautiful and our excursions were lifetime memories. After the cruise, we spent a few days in Florence and Rome, Italy doing a few tours we chose as a group as well as having time on our own. Along with the beauty and history, one of my favorite parts was the live entertainment of local artists that would perform on the sidewalk; they were amazing.

A: For such a big trip that involved many ways of transporation, hotels, excursions, etc. working with Kim made it all a breeze. Without any questions she arranged all the details and kept us within our budget, was easy to communicate with and replied to all our questions. Kim also offered suggestions and recommendations to make sure we were safe while having an AMAZING and MEMORABLE vacation. I highly recommend Kim for your travel needs.

Q: Please Share Your Experience(s) On This Trip?
A: We started in Rome - literally the day the Pope died. That could have been much more disruptive but we only missed one activity due to closing of The Vatican. We toured the entire city and were able to visit the Colosseum and so many other historic sites - the spots where Cesar was killed was a block from our hotel, for example. Trevia Fountain, The Pantheon - all walking distance from our hotel. And the food! Oh my! Then, it was onto Pompeii which was surreal. Next, we spent a few days in Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, capped by a private boat tour all the way around Capri. Just incredible. We headed next to Florence where the food is insane - and that includes the gelato - and we walked by the brilliant Duomo almost every day. Just in incredible awe of that building. Our next stop was Venice where our absolutely fantastic guide joined us two days in a row and showed us the city. The history of Venice and really, everywhere in Italy is wholly captivating. We could have been stranded due to an Italian train strike but we made it to Salzburg, Austria as our final stop. Our tours took us into Germany and the Bavarian Alps where we saw the landing spot of the American 101st Airborne who helped destroy Hilter's private Eagle's Nest bunker (only one foundation wall remains) and then we saw two beautiful mountain lakes. The next day our tour went to gorgeous Hallstadt and we took in the view from the top. The trip was capped by The Sound of Music tour in which we stopped at several filming locations and got hear details about the film and the real family that we had not known.

A: FABULOUS! Kim is flat-out AMAZING. She walked through many itinerary options and listened to custom ideas we brought to the table, wrapping them all together in a great package. She took so much stress out of the trip because she had planned everything for us so well. She was a critical resource both before and during the trip. We had complications occur that Kim resolved brilliantly thanks to her experience, her network and her kind and professional attitude and persona. Three cheers for Kim!

Q: Please Share Your Experience(s) On This Trip?
A: Everything about this trip was new! It was our first tropical vacation, our first cruise, our first time snorkeling, our first time seeing a reef from a submarine, and our first time seeing a volcano. We fell in love with snorkeling and are now taking scuba diving classes—we never thought that would happen! Our favorite excursion was visiting the volcano observatory and touring the volcano's devastation on Montserrat. We met amazing people from all over the world on the cruise and on shore, and our trip—like so many others we've taken—has given us a different perspective on life and what we want to accomplish while we're still young.

A: Kim was fantastic to work with! She was so communicative and responsive, which we always appreciate, especially as newbies to cruising. She even helped me plan a special anniversary surprise for my husband on board the cruise ship. We also took advantage of her packing list and tips for visiting tropical destinations, as well as the app she uses to keep all travel information, itinerary, and documents in one place—so helpful when you're trying to keep track of everything! We enjoyed working with her so much that she's now our go-to travel agent. Thank you, Kim!

A: We were traveling in Europe and contacted Kim about a fun way to get back home. We thought a cruise would be fun and our travel dates were flexible. She booked us on a 13 day cruise that stopped 6 times in 6 different places (5 countries).

A: Our family trip to St Thomas was simply amazing!! Kid friendly environment for our grands and a great time for the adults. Many options to choose from for activities, of which we took advantage of our time on the island, as well as, chilling out at the resort. This trip was a great experience, highly recommend.

She was thorough in asking questions to understand what we were looking for as a vacation, that included five adults and two grandsons (ages 6 & 4). We didn't experience a hiccup at any point along our journey and had an amazing time, creating unforgettable memories! A: This was our first time going on a cruise. We were a little nervous, but we had an amazing time! Celebrity cruise line was definitely the right choice for us. It was fun and relaxing. The Bahamas are beautiful. Crystal clear water with tropical fish around you. We will definitely go on a Celebrity cruise again.

A: Initially we were thinking of going on a different cruise line, but when we reached out to Kim at Mosaic Shores, her knowledge and expertise lead us to Celebrity. Kim got us an amazing cabin - spacious, center of ship, with a great balcony. It was perfect. Kim gave us wonderful suggestions and was always available when we had questions. We will definitely work with Kim on our future adventures.
